Tek Experts provides business and IT outsourcing services, and we take intense pride in helping companies handle their business operations. Due to expansion, we are hiring several customer service assistants to help our customers with non technical IT related queries.
What we’re looking for
Dynamic, passionate, enthusiastic people who want to make a positive difference with the people they work with and customers we support. You should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where everyone is empowered and committed to deliver the best in industry customer experience. Bilingual with English and Italian are required as is a ‘can do’ attitude and a thirst to learn and develop professional and soft skills.
· Act as a single point of contact for our customers to report their technical challenges
· Help redirect the customer to the right expert by liaising with customers and our technical subject matter experts in Software Services.
· Providing excellent customer service via text based chat with the ultimate aim of resolving the issue.
· Fully document every problem, including all resolution steps.
Skills and competencies
· Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Italian
· Active interest in IT
· Excellent customer service skills.
