As Customer Sales Support Agent, you will help create an exciting and welcoming online shopping experience for customers. Your role will be to help recreate a high energy interaction synonymous with the physical retail store shopping.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a given, as is a ‘can do’ attitude and a thirst to learn and develop professional and soft skills.
- Efficiently diagnose and identify a customer’s reason for contacting and provide the customer a direct path to solution, using the appropriate options
- Delivery exceptional customer service supporting customers purchase decision making
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years work-related experience in sales online or IT sales
- Customer obsession, customer services skills
- Strong persuasion skill, quick learning new knowledge
- Excellent in English and strong proficiency in written and spoken English
