Junior Analyst

The Junior Analyst will provide technical assistance to internal operations and client representatives, answering questions from clients by providing assistance concerning contract information such as: licensing information, running and analyzing reports and diagnosing entitlement errors and providing solutions. Must have the ability to understand detailed processes and apply this knowledge to day-to-day problem-solving tasks.

Duties and responsibilities

Assist the client’s Support Contract Renewal Representatives with administrative tasks such as:

  • Order and analyze client reports, data gathering and investigation
  • Work with the internal teams to resolve contract entitlement/licensing issues
  • Establish modifications to product configurations
  • Ensure issues are resolved completely, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Use applied knowledge of multiple software interfaces

Skills and Competencies

  • High School Diploma
  • Experienced in customer service
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Software: Outlook, Power Point, Excel, etc.
  • Experience using multiple software applications
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to learn, retain and execute key processes and work tasks independently
  • Process oriented
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is critical
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Customer oriented attitude and excellent understanding of customer impact
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to function efficiently within short time frames for deadlines
