It gives us great pleasure to announce that Steve Heffron will be joining Tek Experts as the new CEO in early September.

Steve brings to Tek Experts over 25 years’ experience leading global customer service and support teams in Enterprise Technology Companies and in large scale BPOs. Most recently, Steve was the General Manager of Global Operations for Customer Service & Support at Microsoft where he was responsible for supporting Microsoft’s entire portfolio of products and services, providing leadership to 25,000 talented people across the globe. With further experience gained at CA Technologies, Convergys and in the Business Process Outsourcing space, Steve has led omni-channel support at scale to many Fortune 500 companies.
