We are looking for a recruiter to support our hiring in the BPO and call center environment. The primary responsibility of the role will be to proactively identify, engage and recruit the best-fit talent for Tek Experts’ on-going operations. An essential contributor to our high-performing team, the Recruiter will also be responsible for the successful operation of the candidate management function, interviewing processes and on-boarding activities.
Duties and responsibilities
- Full execution of the recruitment process including job posting, interviewing, regular communication with candidates and team leader/supervisor
- Actively search resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified numbers of CVs for recruitment requirements
- Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate with team leaders, directors and colleagues in other sites
- Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
- Draft employee contracts, complete on-boarding processes and provide recruitment and HR reporting as requested
- Other duties as and when assigned by supervisors
Skills and competencies
- 1-3 years experience in Staffing or Recruitment
- Active, hardworking, enthusiastic, loves contacting and networking with people
- Good knowledge of MS Office
