About the role...

As a Technical Lead at Tek Experts you will have a strategic role to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered through your team of engineers.  You will build and manage an end-to-end service operations team of 20-30 passionate professionals and be responsible for ensuring we have the right resource for the cases in hand. Acting as an escalation point,  you’ll be a key point of contact for premier customers or those with the most serious incidents, delivery teams and team management.

What you’ll be doing

    • Responsible for taking note of the absence of the team members and report back to regional manager on a weekly basis.
    • Track daily lateness and monitor the staff coverage to maintain the service levels and generate a weekly report.
    • Responsible for requesting accesses for all tools during the first two weeks of new employee in training.
    • As a mentor is vital to identify coaching needs and deliver/coordinate the proper trainings.
    • Daily monitoring the team’s workload and re-distribute the task among the team to ensure proper workload distribution.
    • Fill every week the task distribution and share the schedule with the team, also to change the task distribution as needed depending on business needs in real time.

  • 6 months of experience in Account and Portals

  • Solid English communication skills both oral and written, other languages are a plus (Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, etc.) E443
