Evaluates, levels, and determines market
value for new and existing roles. Contributes to the development and
maintenance of job leveling and salary structures.
Builds and maintains reports, dashboards,
and metrics and monitors the integrity and validity of the data reported.
Benchmarks jobs against survey data and
other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each
position. As appropriate, assigns roles to appropriate salary ranges.
Assists in the Remuneration Survey
submissions, receipt, handling and system uploads of survey data which includes
the use of market valuation systems, system administration and controlled
Prepares and presents summary reports of
job analysis and compensation analysis information.
Reviews survey results and proactively
provides the analysis of market trend with recommendations.
Maintains the Rewards SharePoint and its
appropriate hierarchy and controlling access to rewards related collateral and
Conducts data and cost analyses to be used
for budgeting and financial forecasting
Researches employee compensation and
benefits market practices; based on findings, recommends changes or updates to
the company’s existing rewards programs or policies.
Supports the year-end compensation process
from start to end across all business areas and its related communication.
Advises on preferred approaches for
rewards in hiring, promoting and retaining employees.
Participates in a variety of compensation
related projects, including ad-hoc studies, projects and analysis.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
