We are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a proven ability to drive sales and expand our partner relationships in APJ/Africa.

About the role...

As the Regional Sales Partner, you will be solely responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our cloud technology partners in APJ and Africa. You will also be responsible for achieving sales, driving profitability, and the achievement of our recruitment objectives.

In this role, you will be required to meet defined indirect/influenced sales quotas which will be achieved by working closely with the marketing and operations teams. Working with these teams, you will drive joint demand-generation and direct sales in the field to accelerate opportunities through partners. 

Operating at a strategic level, you will need to apply certain levels of creativity to create new programs and incentives that help grow our partner ecosystem and meet the needs of both partners and customers.

What you’ll be doing

    • Relationship Expert: Proven ability to establish and grow productive, professional relationships with key client personnel 
    • Proactive Leader: Proactive professional to lead and deliver on performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones 
    • Business Partner: Strong experience building a strong partner pipeline through co-marketing programs, field mapping of company and partner sellers
    • Ambitious Professional: a real hunger and drive to meet and exceed assigned targets 
    • Efficient Coordinator: Provide strategic direction to support staff to help achieve performance objectives and exceed partners’ expectations.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role with a strong focus on indirect sales and partner development 
  • Track record of results-oriented sales and partner management that achieves KPIs of partner recruiting, opportunity generation, revenue
  • Excellent knowledge of the reseller, systems integrator, and consulting ecosystem
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential
  • Willingness to travel
