About the role...

You will be partnering with the leadership/ operational team and develop our regional recruitment strategy. Working as part of a progressive TA team, you will have the freedom and autonomy to find innovative talent solutions.  

Leading our regional Talent Acquisition function. You will be an expert in recruiting professionals, developing and executing strategies to proactively identify, engage and recruit the best-fit talent for Tek Experts. 

An essential contributor to our high-performing team, the Recruitment Manager will also be responsible for the successful operation of the candidate management function, interviewing processes, and pre-onboarding activities.

You will be leading a team of on-site recruiters. Knowing how to nurture and develop your team is essential to ensure the stability of a well-run volume recruitment team as well as a high level of emotional intelligence.

What you’ll be doing

    Delivery Excellence:
    Manage delivery of circa 1000-1500 hires annually and drive innovation in strategic projects to improve recruitment experience and success e.g. High performer analysis.

    Influential Relationships:
    Build close working relationships with stakeholders - freely sharing progress and problem solve together e.g. any challenges in hiring profiles.

    Brand Ambassador:
    Partner with the Marketing function to design relevant recruitment marketing campaigns, which engage talent long term and builds a recognized brand in the marketplace.

    Thought Leader:
    Review the assessment practice to ensure positive candidate experiences and that candidates are considered for all relevant positions and to understand what process improvement is desirable in the recruitment process and support rollout of necessary tools

What you'll need

Experience running a high-volume recruitment function is highly preferred
Experience within the Bulgarian recruitment market
Proven experience in driving efficiencies through implementation of scalable recruitment solution
Previous experience in building and maintaining an employment brand in the marketplace
Experience managing a team
Excellent communication in English
