About the role...

We are looking for a highly motivated specialist who would like to join an amazing Talent Acquisition team. The primary responsibility of the role will be to develop and execute strategies to proactively identify, engage and recruit the best-fit talent for Tek Experts’ ongoing operations, as well as for critical ad-hoc projects. 

An essential contributor to our high-performing team, you will also be responsible for the successful operation of the candidate management function, interviewing processes, and pre-onboarding activities. You will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment where everyone is empowered and committed to delivering the best in industry customer experience. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a given, as is a ‘can-do attitude and a thirst to learn and develop professional and soft skills.

What you’ll be doing

    • Full execution of the recruitment process including the job posting, interviewing, regular communication with candidates and team leader/supervisor
    • Actively search resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified numbers of CVs for recruitment requirements
    •  Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
    •  Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
    •  Other duties as and when assigned by supervisors

  • Proven experience in recruitment as an in-house recruiter, headhunter, or within a recruitment agency.
  • Active, hardworking, and enthusiastic
  • A natural networker- love contact and meeting new people
  • Excellent communication in English
