I love my job here in beautiful Costa Rica as a Level 2 Service Engineer. I get to support any queries our Level 1 team across three software products have, and work directly with Level 3 team mates, clients or the customer.

Promotion opportunities are great here. I joined in 2014, as a Level 1 Engineer and within the year I got promoted to Level 2, which was awesome and made me feel really valued and proud.  See what you can achieve in a year if you focus and get the support and training you want. I like working here because I get to use my English daily and it’s got better for sure.
 

Job fair

This is my first job from college, I got a Degree in Systems Engineering and a Masters in Telematics, but obviously no experience.  I got to hear about Tek Experts at a job fair and liked what I saw and heard.  I applied for a position, there and then.  A week later I was invited for an interview and got the job. I fitted in very quickly. The people are really kind and every day I get that family feeling that makes me very happy to be here.

I think it’s a great place to join because if you have the skills but no job experience, like I did, you’ll get it here.  You’re given every opportunity to grow and meet great people too.
