We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who can support our change management projects across the company. A professional who enjoys working with people around the world and helping drive change in a team-oriented culture. A professional that can help visualize, create, and analyze solutions. Then help the team project management through to success. 

We are experiencing fast growth and we need to ensure that our employees and clients are well served as we are going through this exciting transformation. 

This is a six-month contract position initially with the possibility to progress to full-time employment subsequently.

What you’ll be doing

    • Plan, coordinate, resource, monitor and implement complex programs to meet organizational goals. Ensure projects are aligned to organizational strategic roadmap.
    • Define, create, maximize and sustain program benefits. Provide impact analysis on the overall program based on project performance.
    • Create and forecast program(s) cost(s)/timeline(s). Monitor overall program costs, timing and deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved.
    • Interface with Project Sponsors, Senior Management and other Key Stakeholders.
    • Manage and work with both internal and external relationships in support of the program.
    • Provide recommendations on benefit realization as a criterion for "go/no-go” decision making.
    • Create or enforce of policies, procedures and processes relating to the project lifecycle and management tracking.
    • Build and drive business case processes and assesses development(s) in alignment with business goals.

What you'll need

  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions. 
  • Comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents is important. Ability to write professional emails, program documents and reporting. 
  • Make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics and the ability to motivate and negotiate effectively.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach; managing multiple deadlines and change scenarios.
  • Proficient experience in MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc.), SharePoint, and MS Project (Project Profession, Server, Project Web App or Project Operations). 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in either Math, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum eight years of related experience and/or training.
  • Previous Project Management and Program Management work experience.
  • Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) is desirable.
  • Previous PMO experience is a plus.
