The Operations Manager is a key member of a Country Leadership Team in Tek Experts. He/she is accountable for monitoring and achieving all performance targets, developing our team of experts and implementing performance enhancements.

About the role...

We’re looking for a superstar Operations Manager to join our management team. With a background in IT support and extensive customer experience, you will monitor, grow and lead the overall performance and targets of your staff setting and surpassing targets. Your success will be driven from your previous experience of leading a large support team in Bulgaria.

What you’ll be doing

    • Deliver business plan ensuring cohesion with global customer’s management team and Tek Experts strategy, whilst maximizing operational excellence
    • Establish and monitor operational processes to meet customer expectations and deliver high customer satisfaction in line with global processes.
    • Implement process improvements, including any change management, to enhance operations performance for the client or reduce cost for the company.
    • Ensure correct level of resource is in place for the level of business activity that is being delivered, manage to the agreed cost budget
    • Drive business strategy for the location in accordance with the company overall strategy to maximize operational excellence
    • Establish and implement operational processes to deliver the successful management of the Site activities, actively seek to identify cost-effective solutions to improve the strategic and tactical running of the operation.
    • Coach, Mentor and Inspire the management team to deliver high employee engagement and active living of the Tek Experts values
    • Ensure the Site is consistent and in alignment with the global processes implemented by the organization – Financial and Operational Reporting; Selection; On-boarding; Performance management; Succession mapping for key roles; Training needs and Developmental plans.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commerce, Business Administration, preferable in IT or Computer Science
  • At least 7 years of experiences at a managerial level including 4 years of experience in managing a team of more than 100 staff in the IT industry.
  • Previous successful experience of motivating teams to deliver high customer satisfaction within defined cost budgets - Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching
  • Previous experience of managing operations business to budget Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management skills
  • Strong English language skills – both verbal and written.
