The world is changing in the face of the global coronavirus pandemic and we’re adapting to those changes.
The health and safety of our people is of the utmost importance to us, so as well as enabling our staff to work from home where possible, we’re moving our recruitment process online.
You can now apply and interview for a role with Tek Experts, all from the comfort and safety of your laptop.
What's more, you will of course be able to work from home if your role permits it, and until we receive guidance from our government and health services that indicate a return to normality.
The only time you’ll need to visit the office will be to collect your working from home pack, sign your contract, and conduct a brief on-boarding session (all with the necessary masks, gloves and distance to protect your safety, of course). Again, this is unless your role dictates that you must be in the office. We have of course taken a number of precautions to ensure the safety of those that do need to work at an office, and these are outlined below.

What we're doing in our offices for those that do still need to attend:
- Enacted a strict no-visitor policy across all our sites
- Spread out everyone who does come into the office
- We have introduced an enhanced cleaning regime with higher maintenance areas being given priority (kitchens, toilets, handles and surfaces)
- Distributed sanitizer gel throughout the office
- Gloves and masks are available in the office
We will continue to follow the guidance we’re getting. This will involve adapting and adjusting our plans to make sure that we’re always doing what we can to make sure everyone is safe and doing what we can to support our colleagues and their families.
