About the role...

The Programs Manager is a new role and a key member of the Global Learning and Development team. This new role helps us strategize, manage, design, implement and evaluate learnings at program level and help with putting structured processes in place. It requires a seasoned professional who has deep experience designing large scale programs using modern learner-centered design and technologies.

What you’ll be doing

    • Strategize, implement, and evaluate program initiatives in line with the process/organizational goals
    • Partner with strategic suppliers to implement a new learning platform that identifies skill gaps, recommends courses, and prepares employees for next tier roles. (Drive training needs and improvements)
    • Partner with various cross functional teams to create exceptional customer centric focus 
    • Drive and share (document) best practices across the learning teams
    • Collaborate with the technology team to identify any issues during the deployment of the learning programs/projects and communicate with the development team
    • Maintain documentation for the various projects/process for the supported geographies 
    • Drive the completion of the compliance trainings for the supported programs
    • Establish an adaptive learning capability that enables employees to continuously learn in a personalized, immersive, and engaging manner. 
    • Drive learning metrics and partner with internal data analysts to collect and visualize data. Present findings to executives and business leaders to drive data driven decisions.

what you'll be doing

What you'll need

  • 2+ years Learning Program Design, digital learning, and learning program management 
  • Broad experience designing for technical, soft skills, classroom, social, MOOCs, micro learning, blended, and virtual learning that have scaled to a global learning audience. 
  • Responsible for learning solutions that directly impact workforce optimization strategy 
  • Solid understanding of AI or Machine Learning as it applies to learning and workforce development
