About the role...

The HR Process Efficiency Analyst will work closely with HR Function to define and optimize people process integration into Go Digital HR/IT systems projects to drive standardization and simplification across the HR. 
You will collaborate with HR, Finance and IT to develop a best-in-class employee experience and end to end processes in support of the business, function and technology strategies.

What you’ll be doing

    • Collaborate with HR and Finance to develop a best-in-class employee experience and end to end processes in support of the business, function and technology strategies. Driving standardization and simplification across HR and payroll.
    • Develop digital automation-enabled client solutions that position HR as a partner and strategic business leader within their business
    • Document end to end employee lifecycle processes.  
    • Lead, propose and recommends new approaches, improvements, procedures & solutions to enhance the efficiency of the End-to-End processes.
    • Work in partnership with HR team to create internal processes where missing 
    • Work in partnership with HR and business to create processes where needed
    • Work closely with HR and business to improve existing processes. Find efficiencies to create more value and/or added capacity.
    • Partner closely with the HR Operations to successfully launch changes within systems and processes.
    • Support our Go Digital program
    • Automation of manual activities into HR system, Go Digital program and platform(s).

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources
  • Demonstrated relevant experience in HR Operations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Experience working in a Shared Services set up in global and local environment
  • Project Management Experience with emphasis on process improvement 
  • Strong Customer focus and ability to build excellent customer relations
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven track record for critical evaluation, analytical skills & innovative/technical approach to problems solving
  • Experience working independently with an ’end-to-end’ mindset
  • Exceptional advisory, communication (written and verbal) & presentation skills
  • Able to have a wide, holistic view
  • Proven planning and execution abilities
  • Experience working with outsourced providers
