About the role...

We are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to be part of our HR team. The Human Resources Business Partner assists in the day-to-day operations of the HR office and the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs alongside leading HR practices that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture

What you’ll be doing

    • HR Professional: Proven experience creating, implementing and improving HR operations within a business.
    • Service Delivery: Delivery best in class business related HR service. Building up and operating with internal reporting and dashboard practice. Solid local labour code and legislation knowledge. Several years of experience in managing external payroll, employment from engagement till exit process.
    • Influencer: The ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders to deliver on strategic objectives
    • Detail Focused: The capability to analyse processes and procedures to find productivities within business operations 
    • Future thinking: Knowing when processes need to adapt to business requirements

What you'll need

  • Graduate degree or above in Human Resources Management 
  • 5 + years of Proven HR generalist experience of several years with a track record in service deliveryExceptional organization and communication skills combined with leadership capability.
  • Solid knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • Able to implement reliable HR Operation processes and maintain continuous improvement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with well-honed powers of influence, persuasion and negotiation
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
  • Native Bulgarian, Excellent English
