We are looking for a super professional, high performing EA to support the Tek Experts’ CEO. This is a critical role in the organization ensuring that the CEO has the right support he needs to enable him to lead our company to achieve our vision.
The role will be based either in the USA or Costa Rica depending on the location of the successful candidate.
You will bring your exceptional organizational skills to ensure the CEO’s office runs smoothly and efficiently across multiple time zones. A skilled and eloquent communicator, you will represent the CEO both internally and externally.
High levels of business acumen and initiative are required as you will often attend meetings with the CEO to capture and then help track and follow up on the agreed actions. You will ensure the CEO is prepared for key meetings and you will be responsible for travel and event logistics.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced EA with a stellar background supporting global executives. You will be a personable yet assertive team player who remains unflappable and results-driven under pressure.
