We have ambitious plans for the next five years and are seeking an EA who can support the CEO in driving this strategic vision and growth. 

About the role...

We are looking for a super professional, high performing EA to support the Tek Experts’ CEO. This is a critical role in the organization ensuring that the CEO has the right support he needs to enable him to lead our company to achieve our vision. 

The role will be based either in the USA or Costa Rica depending on the location of the successful candidate.

You will bring your exceptional organizational skills to ensure the CEO’s office runs smoothly and efficiently across multiple time zones. A skilled and eloquent communicator, you will represent the CEO both internally and externally.

High levels of business acumen and initiative are required as you will often attend meetings with the CEO to capture and then help track and follow up on the agreed actions. You will ensure the CEO is prepared for key meetings and you will be responsible for travel and event logistics. 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced EA with a stellar background supporting global executives. You will be a personable yet assertive team player who remains unflappable and results-driven under pressure.

What you’ll be doing

    • Managing the CEO’s calendar, travel schedule and email
    • Organizing meetings and events across multiple timezones
    • Supporting the CEO with his critical daily business activities
    • Creating and managing correspondence while exercising a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
    • Preparing presentations 
    • Following up on meetings, preparing minutes and ensuring actions are completed 
    • Briefing the CEO for key meetings and interviews, ensuring that all required information is available and concisely presented for quick interpretation
    • Organizing events and town halls – managing documentation, communication and expenses, as well as logistics such as venues and refreshments

What you'll need

  • 10+ years of EA experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably within the BPO sector, or for a large organisation (10,000+ people) 
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with senior stakeholders
  • Experience and skill in managing stakeholders in a complex, fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work in US time zone
  • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills 
  • A high degree of initiative and a results-driven approach 
  • Proven event management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Highest level of integrity and professional discretion, gained from working in a confidential environment
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to constantly changing demands
  • University degree in economics, business or social studies (desirable)
