About the role...

We are hiring a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to support Dynamics 365 F&O product. In this role, you will be supporting customers and partners around the region who are having technical issues with the product.

What you’ll be doing

    • Working on support tickets with customer first and extra mile mindset.
    • Follow best practice ticket management processes, ensuring tickets owned are handled and updated timely.
    • Present a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives  
    • Collaborate with other teams to provide high-quality support
    • Ensure constant self-development using day to day work, web-based training, and any other available tools

What you'll need

MUST HAVE:
  • At least 1 year experience in support/sales.
  • Good knowledge of at least 2 Microsoft technologies below:
    • .NET Development (C#, C++, ect..)
    • SQL
    • Windows Server
    • Office 365
    • Dynamics CE/CRM
    • Azure
    • Power Platform
    • PowerBI
  • Customer obsessed
  • Hard and fast learner
  • Good English communication both verbal and written.
  • Good teamwork

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Business process knowledge (Sales/Purchase/Inventory ect..)
  • Familiar with CE|CRM|Power Platform
