About the role...

The Dynamics Administrator role requires a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a CRM administrator within a call center environment with at least 100 - 500 users, plus 1-2 years’ experience in administrating CMS, multiple server systems and Dynamics infrastructure.

Duties include but are not limited to installing, managing, and maintaining Dynamics instances and managing access roles and licenses. The Dynamics Administrator will ensure the integrity and stability of infrastructure systems related to the CRM. This person shall analyze and resolve software problems as well as troubleshooting CRM performance issue.

What you’ll be doing

    • Manage the operational side of Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Troubleshoot and bug fixes within the system as errors occur
    • Coordinate with other System Admins across multiple sites to resolve problems and faults
    • Follow Change control management while implementing system changes, upgrades, and updates
    • Provide Technical support for other teams
    • Ensure all IT Global policies/standards and procedures are in place.
    • Conduct Daily/ Weekly and Monthly System Health checklists
    • Maintain safety standards in the working environment that comply with TEK and partner’s HSSE standard
    • Ensure that all servers are protected by the latest anti-virus software
    • Make sure all Security ERs/patches/hotfixes to all servers
    • Capacity planning for system upgrades
    • Fully understand the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) for business continuity. Make sure the compliant with TEK’s global DRP. Join the project team for the DR Exercises
    • Technical Representative at your site for solving Crisis problems

What you'll need

  • 1-2 years of functional / technical experience with Microsoft technologies
  • 1-2 years experience administering a CRM system
  • 1-2 years of experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for Dynamics 365
  • Active Directory – concept, topology, general admin tasks
  • PowerShell – administration, scripting
  • O365 – Users, licenses, Security Groups
  • Azure – general understanding
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 preferred but not mandatory
  • ITIL v3 or ISO20000 experience but is not required
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
