Country managers are proactive, with strong operational experience, keen business acumen, and advanced people skills. They use these skills to ensure that diverse stakeholders work together to the benefit of each site. The foundation of the role is responsibility for general management and local operations in alignment with Tek Expert’s global mission, strategic objectives, and standard operating policies and procedures. Country Managers are self-motivated, comfortable adapting to change, effective in managing ambiguity, and capable of embedding culture in all they do.
At Tek Experts, Country Managers are representatives of the CEO to the local team and vice versa, facilitating communication both ways and leading eight annual Town Halls. They keep our people informed of global initiatives, driving compliance and implementation. As expert integrators of our global and local functions, Country Managers enable optimal collaboration between our operations and business enablement teams. We give our Country Managers responsibility for maximizing productivity and profitability, with an equal focus on ROI and cost saving. They have ownership over country growth and guide local business development with the direct support of the Global Sales Organization. They work in close collaboration with the Operations and Recruiting teams to source and scale the local team to achieve billable targets
