About the role...

We’re looking for a dynamic, passionate and charismatic leader to manage our client relationships. As our next Client Services Director, you should possess a strong background in IT support and extensive customer experience. As part of our senior management team, you will monitor, grow and lead the overall performance and targets of your team. 

Your success will be driven by your previous experience of managing client expectations and deliverables through support teams of at least 1,000+ global team members. 

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will have complete control to deliver exceptional worldwide, 24/7 customer support to a leading global brand.

What you’ll be doing

    • Take ownership and accountability for our relationship with one of our key clients   globally.
    • Lead critical client negotiations for existing and growth service contracts and costs.
    • Drive improvements in CSAT through innovation and effective operations, using the operational delivery teams globally to meet and exceed customer expectations.
    • Mentor and develop your team and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, foster knowledge-sharing across all disciplines internally to ensure collaborative and informed work.
    • Contribute to client’s business growth by identifying new opportunities and additional ways that Tek-Experts can support their objectives.
    • Enable delivery teams and Global Business Line Leaders to drive process improvements to ensure and increase client satisfaction and lead generation.
    • Lead global business reviews with the client to showcase Tek Experts performance, develop long-term relationships and bring additional service or product lines.
    • Provide leadership to ensure that client requests are executed within assigned service timelines.
    • Manage action planning and implementation of outcomes by ensuring effective reporting is in place.

What you'll need

  • Sound negotiation skills especially with senior-level clients.
  • Strong background in managing the delivery of commercial IT support.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills- relating to new or extension of existing business.
  • Experience in growing, managing and inspiring teams; strong leadership and organizational skills must be complemented by relationship building management style.
  • Experience leading a support team of at least 1,000+ global team members.
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision making, conflict resolution, influence and negotiation skills.
