Do you have extensive experience negotiating and growing new business with established clients? 
We are looking for a Client Services Director with a strong background in the commercial IT sector to lead our service offering at a critical time in our company’s expansion.

We are Tek Experts. We’re a leading provider of technical and business support solutions to some of the world's largest IT companies and their customers. Over the past 10 years we have enjoyed significant growth, and today employ more than 7,000 people across seven global offices. We have ambitious plans for the next five years and are seeking a forward-thinking Client Services Director to play a key role in driving our strategic vision.

About the role...

The Client Services Director is a senior leadership position, accountable for leading one of our most important client relationships. 
You will drive the strategic direction of the relationship, growing new business and contributing to the growth of the client by identifying new opportunities and devising mutually beneficial service solutions. You will regularly travel to lead global business reviews and client meetings, representing our business in person and developing partnership relationships so that we are referred to as the partner of choice. 

A visible and engaging leader, you will inspire and drive the performance of a global team of 1,000+ dispersed staff across multiple global locations. You will ensure the highest levels of performance and a best-in-class experience for customers and client.

What you'll need

  • An impressive background (of 10+ years) overseeing the delivery of commercial IT support
  • Superior problem solving, communication, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
  • An inspirational leadership style, with at least three years’ experience growing, managing and motivating large distributed teams of 1,000+ staff
  • A wealth of experience negotiating contracts, SLAs, terms and client agreements
  • Exemplary client service skills with the ability to maintain and extend senior client relationships
  • Extensive experience of planning and reporting at a senior strategic level
  • Willingness to travel regularly (around 50%) to attend client meetings and business reviews
