About the role...

As Change Management Lead you will be responsible for setting a change management practice for YNV Group and its companies. The ideal candidate will have a stellar background in change management and be familiar with a variety of concepts and processes within the field. You will take a lead role in the implementation of new systems, strategic initiatives, and processes, leveraging your experience and expertise to ensure effective adoption across the business. 

An agile communicator and a real people person, you will be tasked with establishing a strong and sustainable change management practice for the companies. A natural leader, you will be eager to lead and direct the work of others, whilst applying a wide degree of creativity and latitude to your everyday assignments.

What you’ll be doing

    • Leading end-to-end change management processes
    • Developing change management strategy, plans and key deliverables per project
    • Supporting stakeholders throughout all phases of projects 
    • Providing expert knowledge and advice regarding transformational change
    • Assessing change impact, measuring readiness and identifying pain points and critical changes affecting the business
    • Identifying deviations in performance from change standards and implement corrective strategies
    • Developing strategies to foster positive acceptance to change
    • Conducting impact assessment, evaluate results and present findings 
    • Collaboration with global teams, providing guidance, direction and motivation
    • Contributing to communication strategy, communication assets and project materials
    • Creating specific change management plans with respect to training and orientation of newly hired employees.

What you'll need

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study
5+ years of relevant change/ communication management experience
Strong background in working in cross-country and multi-cultural environment 
Experience in working in transformation and transition environment 
Experience in facilitating business change
Experience in using formal change management methods and tools
Exemplary communications skills 
Strong team member skills, ability to guide and coach junior team members
Highly skilled in overcoming resistance to process and cultural change
Excellent English language skills
