We launched this exciting new global business in Costa Rica in June 2019 and will be rolling out across multiple international locations over the coming months and years, the first of which is elev8 Nigeria in April 2020.

As the Business Development Manager, you will partner with customers to deliver our educational services to build brand awareness, audience engagement and sales. You will be a highly creative, analytical, sales professional who thrives in an environment where innovation and ambition are valued and rewarded.

What you’ll be doing

    • Support in the consultative sales process of the Executive Education unit of elev8
    For Corporate programs
    • Diagnosis and elaboration of customized proposals adapted to the client's need
    • Help in prospecting for new customers
    For open programs
    • Support in the design of new open programs
    • Generate sales opportunities using digital tools
    • Carry out the proper face-to-face, telephone and / or written follow-up to specify the enrollment of participants in each course or program
    • Provide clear and timely information about programs
    • Prepare execution and conversion reports
    • Manage the databases of the contacts generated through various marketing initiatives in the institutional CRM
    • Together with the marketing department, work on the development and implementation of campaigns through digital media, advertising, content
    • Support in the administrative and logistical aspects of Executive Education programs, guaranteeing high levels of quality and satisfaction for all parties involved (faculty, clients, service centers). (While hiring an Experience Manager)
    • Coordination of course materials, assembly of classrooms in classroom programs, management of the virtual classroom (in classroom and virtual programs)

What you'll need

  • 3 years of experience on consultative sales of any service, prefer if has educational experience.
  • Bachelor degree on business administration or similar.
  • Good knowledge of excel.
  • Experience working B2B, customer engagement and customer continuity,
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
