What you’ll be doing

• Guide the client from the beginning of the project implementation through to the project cycle;
• Assist with the training, identifying gaps, documenting new business processes, writing functional design documents, testing, data migration, reporting, and recommending and building the financial or operations solutions;
• Review and map required business processes, communicate effectively with technical team to speak on system/environment architecture, development, integrations, and overall client requirements; 
• Facilitate training and implementation strategy in terms of planning, delivery, and evaluation as desired for each line of business at customer’s site;
• Conduct and implement system integration as well as providing solution to customer for cost optimization;
• Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope
• Consistent hands-on case wellness, recovery and actional planning with senior technicians and board of management;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
• Meet with customers regularly, document all their needs about day to day operation and follow up their needs;
• Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to support client work. 
• Work with Regional Partner Sales Manager and another team members with a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress 
• Build client relationships and becomes a trusted advisor.
