1. What’s your favorite thing about working here?
2. Why is this position open?
3. What concerns do you have about my qualifications?
4. Can you tell me about the growth opportunities here?
5. What is the long-term strategy for this organization?
And last but not least, make sure you’ve got your head in the game from the very first minute of the interview. “You never know who you’ll meet in our lobby – it’s even been known for candidates to meet the company CEO, Naama Saar, on the day of their interview,” says Alison.
