I joined Tek Experts in January 2019 as the Operations Manager for Dynamics and to be honest, I wasn’t sure about what to expect because I didn’t hear about the company until I was hired.
 
Another reason I probably had not heard of Tek Experts is also because I have no experience or background in the technical space, and Tek Experts is a company that provides tech support.

The experience has been great!
 
I have had the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of people who have supported me on my personal and professional growth journey.
 
From my very first day of my onboarding sessions after I accepted the job offer, I’ve been surrounded by positive people with whom I have worked together to share ideas and efforts to improve our company performance.
 
After one year in the company, I had the opportunity to be promoted to a new role to start supporting our global operations from a new position as WFM Manager. I couldn’t be prouder as it signals to me that my hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. This is a testament to the fact that Tek Experts recognizes hard work and goes the extra mile to reward it.

The company is also big on upskilling people on the job, so we constantly have training sessions going on weekly and sometimes even daily!
 
I’ve also found out that you can learn a lot through the experiences of your customers and by helping them to troubleshoot their technological issues, you built a strong competence as well.
