As the Head of Marketing you will partner with stakeholders, marketing colleagues and third parties to define, design and deliver marketing strategies that define what we are, what we do and what we want to be. You will be a highly creative, customer-focused marketing professional who thrives in an environment where innovation and ambition are valued and rewarded.

Duties and responsibilities
Work with the chief Marketing Office and key stakeholders around the world to develop the marketing plan and budget
Oversee the implementation of the marketing plan, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR and social media.
Provide marketing direction and guidance to various business lines
Monitor and evaluate the competitive environment and trends to ensure plans and activity are relevant to the market and the needs of the business
Proven experience managing multi-country marketing programs for a growing and dynamic company
Experience managing online and offline marketing programs across B2B & B2C environments, including events, internal communications, social media, email marketing etc.
Proven experience of developing high touch marketing plans in line with strategic objectives
Proven experience maximizing the impact of recruitment marketing campaigns to drive results
Strong English language skills - experience of writing content would be a distinct advantage
Graduate degree, preferably in marketing or a related subject
Project management experience, ideally across multiple locations
Experience in education marketing would be a distinct advantage
