The Technical Leader is a key role in Tek Experts’ software support division. You will take responsibility for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, team management, and KPIs achievements. You will provide technical guidance and support to team members and will ensure proper training and expectations are provided, as well as mentor toward future growth and development.

- Providing technical support to foreign customers
- Monitoring team members and provide necessary advice and guidance regarding technical function to achieve the team’s KPIs and goal
- Coaching team members and motivate them to produce the desired result
- Continue to enhance technical capability within the team and organization in general
- Actively organizing regular seminars and training for team members or cross team
- Take part in recruitment and staffing resources in the team
- Other tasks required by manager
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- At least 3 years working experiences in MS Azure services/ MS365/ SharePoint
- Ms certification holder is a great asset
- Customer-oriented, strong negotiation skills
- Able to work well with the team members and communicate instructions effectively
- Ability to lead, direct and control team members
- Ability to do multiple tasks at the same time
- Excellent communications in English
