About the role...

The Regional Operations Manager – Professional Services will have full responsibility for managing customer relationships at a strategic level. 

Leading a team of 50+ employees, you will be responsible for developing the customer relationship road-map, and for overseeing continuous improvements in performance and customer satisfaction. 

You will lead professional service engagements with customers, identifying new business opportunities and developing engagement strategies that will deliver to their needs. With a keen eye for detail, you will also lead contract negotiations and ensure that all solutions and projects are delivered successfully in line with customer objectives.

What you'll need

  • An impressive background (of 8+ years) in IT Professional Services
  • Solid leadership and people management experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Advanced communication skills and experience negotiating contracts, SLAs and customer agreements
  • Proficiency in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process
  • Exemplary client service skills with the ability to maintain senior customer relationships
  • Excellent financial and analytical abilities, with experience of Profit and Loss (P&L) and pricing
  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s (preferred) in Information Technology, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management (preferred)
