  • Create and drive the strategy and framework for leadership and management talent development across the business, securing commitment from the business
  • Leverage our learning management system to bring a creative approach to managerial development
  • Influence and drive remotely the implementation of innovative programs
  • Ensure solutions are aligned, pragmatic and integrated with other talent and business initiatives
  • Partner with our global training team to execute strategy and provide direction in relation to managerial development and foster coaching culture across the world
  • Working closely with the business, close gaps in the development process
  • Design and implement evaluation processes to assess effectiveness of programs
  • Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders while acting as an internal coach
  • Develop processes for defining and ensuring a strong diverse internal bench of ready managers/ leaders. Build the pipeline through integration with field HR
  • Stay abreast of external leadership and development trends, identifying best and next practices that drive innovation, retention and improved performance

About You:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in OD/talent management/talent development
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leadership development
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively leverage resources in matrix environment
  • Thrive in an organization that’s evolving, with the ability to prioritize work efficiently
  • Strong project management skills across multiple programs simultaneously
  • Presentation/facilitation skills with ability to create buy-in and build credibility
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insight and recommendations
  • Optimistic, resilient, solution and results driven
